if its your job to kill someone than this will be a walk in the park, not only people come to you when they are already weak, you have a ton of weaponizable items at your disposal.

So, you need to steal something? Because of your job in security, you are much more trusted than those pesky medical doctors so people of higher ranks might come for your aid giving you the perfect opportunity to take their IDs or/and steal their belongings
A security member as a traitor? Unthinkable, really. But don't fret - you have more than enough tools at your disposal. In addition to your already potent access as a medical doctor, you also have near-full access too the supply of food and medicine for Security, opening up a large variety of options for you. And if you have to steal something, well, things always come through lost and found - or ID's from the victims left in your wake, especially in their already weakened and vulnerable states.
