Clicking the cak with an open hand on harm intent provides small amounts of nutriment and vitamin. The cak quickly heals brute damage. Donuts around the cak become frosted.

Said person can pull the string to pop outside, with some complementary confetti. The mechanism must then be re-wound with a screwdriver in order to be usable again. Can also be rigged with a Flashbang for a more explosive surprise.
