Onboarding Blurb

Welcome to the team! We're happy to have you onboard. You've managed to survive the trials and tribulations of your admin application, but that's only half the battle.

Over the next few days, we're going to go over some basics of being an admin, and you'll shadow a Head Admin/Senior Admin to gain experience.

You'll be guided through the tools, starting an ticket with someone, and how to resolve issues to the best of your ability. Once you've shown that you're getting the hang of the basic tools, you'll be off on your own to help make the server a better place!
