Emergencies
Emergencies is a system for round-management, that defines the major events that will take place. There are two types of emergencies:
- Internal: Emergency sequence of events that require player actions to trigger. Overrides external emergencies.
- External: Event sequence chosen at the start of the round, if no internal emergencies are activated then this will trigger instead.
Goals
- Emergencies force some story events to happen independant of antagonists on the station.
- Emergencies promote interesting rounds by forcing situations to start.
Non-Goals
- Emergencies do not replace antagonists, which are intended to add on top of emergencies. (Dominant modes such as nukies/cult are their own emergencies)
