What should I expect from this guide?

This guide is more focused on a flow how to act in medical situations. Follow one by one.

  • If you play these jobs, you must know all knowledge of this guide.
    • Medical Doctor
    • Paramedic
    • Brig Physician (You are not a security. You are just a medic in the security.)
    • Chief Medical Officer, of course.
  • If you play other medical jobs, this knowledge is less needed, but knowing them is good.
    • Virologist
    • Chemist
    • Geneticist
  • Even if you're not a medic, this is helpful to cure your friends.

Preparation

  • Grab them from Medbay Storage:
    • Health Analyzer (Basically, You have one in your starting medical kit.)
    • Health Scanner HUD (Get one from the cabinet and equip it.)
    • Defibrillator (Get one from the cabinet.)

      • Ordinary treatments for toxin are noxious for them. Only one exception is Cryoxadone along with cryogenics.
      • To cure their toxin damage, you should give them any toxin, literally.
        • Alive: give them fluorine+Welding Fuel, a pair of very basic chemical, as the same amount to their toxin damage. (1u = heals 1 toxin damage *2 chemicals.)
        • Critical: Put them into Cryogenics.
  • Suffocation Damage
    • Naturally cured in most situations.
    • There's not much necessity to act against this damage.

Game start

  • Grab things from the medbay storage. You know what you need - if you read this guide well.
  • Wrench the cryogenics canisters, and set the white machine's temperature at 73K and turn it on.
  • Mount a defibrillator wall mount to a wall near the stasis bed. There is one in the CMO's closet.
  • Build a computer frame near the stasis bed. It'll be completed to build when R&D researches the operating computer board.

Before the shuttle

  • Have the materials to build one operating computer at least - and build them at the shuttle.
    • an operating computer needs things below to build:
      • Wire (5), Iron (5), Glass (5), Operating Computer Board (1), and two tools: Wrench, Driver.
        1. Use < Iron (5) and make Computer Frame. ("Use" means literally Using it at your hand.)
        2. < Wrench the frame.
        3. Input Operating Computer Board.
        4. < Screwdriver it.
        5. Input < Wires. (examining a wire says how much it is stacked)
        6. Input < Glass.
        7. Screwdriver it.
    • Operating computer is helpful to boost your emergency surgery, since you can't use synthflesh all times.
  • Take some surgery tools. (the shuttle may have them, but sometimes not.)
  • Defibrillator. (the shuttle may have one, but sometimes not.)
