Since research was revised a while back (don't have to use the experimentor to generate points), does having scientists be drunk actually generate more research points per time? It would be useful to know exactly what influences how quickly research points accrue. Also, someone was apparently working on a "techweb" page that looked like it was going to be basically a tech tree, but that seems to have been dropped.
