What should I expect from this guide?
This guide is more focused on a flow how to act in medical situations. Follow one by one.
- If you play these jobs, you must know all knowledge of this guide.
- Medical Doctor
- Paramedic
- Brig Physician (You are not a security. You are just a medic in the security.)
- Chief Medical Officer, of course.
- If you play other medical jobs, this knowledge is less needed, but knowing them is good.
- Virologist
- Chemist
- Geneticist
- Even if you're not a medic, this is helpful to cure your friends.
Preparation
- Grab them from Medbay Storage:

As long as you see a virus, you need to cure them. Just yell to your chemist crew what you need after touching your patient with Health Analyzer.
Health Analyzer
Now use your health analyzer to your patient.
- Brute Damage
- Under 50:
- 50~179:
- Over 180:
- Burn Damage
- Under 50:
- 50~179:
- Over 180:
- Toxin Damage
- The value is not very important.
- If not Oozeling/Slime people
- Alive: Cure them with normal treatment.
- Critical:
- Put them into Cryogenics.
- Filter blood.
- If Oozeling/Sime people
- DO. NOT. GIVE. THEM. ANY. CURE.
- Ordinary treatments for toxin are noxious for them. Only one exception is Cryoxadone along with cryogenics.
- To cure their toxin damage, you should give them any toxin, literally.
- Alive: give them fluorine, a very basic chemical, as the same amount to their toxin damage. (1u = heals 1 toxin damage.)
- Critical: Put them into Cryogenics.
- Suffocation Damage
- Naturally cured in most situations.
- There's not much necessity to act against this damage.
- Certain quirks detected
- Acute Blood Deficiency quirk:
- Their body lose blood instead of producing it. Check Lack of blood section.
- Brain Tumor quirk
- They periodically take brain damage. If not cared well, they get more traumas due to brain damage.
- give them some Mannitol. Mannitol 50u lasts 250 seconds.
- If they have Tramua, check Trauma section.
- You can not do anything for other bad quirks except for above ones.
- Acute Blood Deficiency quirk:
- Bleeding
- Lack of blood
- Most patients don't need any treatment for lack of blood because they can make blood themselves.
- Blood donation.
- Trauma
- Organ damage
- Brain
- Heart
- lungs, liver, stomach, appendix, ears, eyes
- Cellular damage (AKA Clone damage)
- Nanites detected
- Nanites mean a kind of nano-robots in their bloodstream.
- Not a very big deal, unless they're harmful.
- Chemical Detect
- Overdose:
- Addicted: You can not help with this one.
- You detect nothing, but when your patient says...
- Hallucination
- Give them Synaptizine.
- Yells "COCKSUCKER!" "TITS!" "FUCK!"
- If you already did Radiation treatment, they possibly have bad genes. Send them to the genetics.
- In case of nothing is detected in their gene, It is just a side effect of Radiation. Do Radiation treatment.
- Says in an incorrect sentence. Let your patient say "a b c d e f." and see what they say: "c d a b f e."
- In case of nothing is detected in their gene, they possibly have bad genes. Send them to the genetics.
- If you see nothing from their gene, It is just a side effect of Radiation. Do Radiation treatment.
- Explains they can't say anything as body language.
- If you already did Radiation treatment, they possibly have bad genes. Send them to the genetics.
- In case of nothing is detected in their gene, It is just a side effect of Radiation. Do Radiation treatment.
- Their appearance is changed (i.e. Lost hairs, sex changed)
- Side effect of radiation. No way to cure them unless gene data of their previous appearance is saved. (Clone or genetic identity)
- Although their hairs can be grown with Barber's Aid chemical.
- can't stop doing weird actions (i.e. "You must shove anyone you meet." in their brain.)
- Possible brainwash. (I don't know how to fix it.)
- If not, just a bad joke or being an asshole.
- Vomits a lot.
- If a felinid had a cholcolate... Give them Chacoal.
