== Secondary operation ==

* The existence of Captain, or at least one of heads.
** Their station goal
** Access control
** Shuttle call whenever they want
* The existence of AI instead of heads.
** Of course, as long as they're not malfunctional.
* Mining
** Without mining, the station will not be able to produce any useful equipment, due to the lack of materials.

This may be needed or not needed, but may happen to bring a bad snowball later.

== Third operation ==

* R&D
** Upgrades for the whole department.
** Available to make a borg for other departments.
** Mostly needed for achieving the station goal.

* Medbay
** Keep people alive.

* Security
** Keep the station safe.

== Forth operation - Service ==

* Cook
* Botanist

* Janitor
* Chaplain
* Curator
* Mime
* Clown
* Lawyer
* Bartender

We don't need them for most cases, while the hydroponics is quite at the flexible position.
