 On Pubby, the turbine is adjacent to Atmospherics and can be accessed through the South-eastern airlock. This proximity combined with the airlock leading to space inside the turbine make Pubby one the easiest station for building turbine related projects.<br>

I couldn't find Fland in the folder, and my Dreammaker lost its glasses and refuses to "read" DeltaStation2.dmm. Added Pubby and Kilo (why Kilo? because I like pain, also I heard it was getting reworked, I think?).
